CONFLICT RESOLUTION SERVICES AND TRAINING

Mediation

In  a world ubiquitous with conflict, we facilitate  peaceful and successful resolutions , and help in preserving your precious relationships which has soured due to differences. Mediation is the preferred alternative to litigation. It is  a dynamic & structured process in which a neutral and  impartial third party, facilitates negotiation between the disputing parties to arrive at a settlement at their option using specialised communication and other techniques, so as to isolate the issues in dispute, to develop options, and to arrive at a mutually acceptable solution”

Arbitration

We provide Arbitration in all civil matters. Arbitration is hearing and determining a dispute between the parties by a person or persons chosen by the parties.  Arbitration means resolution of disputes between the parties at the earliest point of time without getting into the procedural technicalities associated with the functioning of a civil court

Conciliation

Conciliation is a voluntary process where a trained neutral party, facilitates  negotiation between the disputing parties, using specialized techniques, as a means for helping them to reach a mutually acceptable settlement.”

Negotiation

The term ‘Negotiation’ has its derivation from a  Latin word called ‘Negotiari’ which  means ‘to carry on business’. Dispute settlement is carried on between two parties or more in a process of bargaining and negotiating

Negotiation is a mode of ADR that is very flexible , with no defined structure in terms of procedure .The Negotiation process is shaped as per the convenience and needs of the parties and the outcome of the process lies in the hands of the parties who voluntarily participate to reach an amicable settlement with or without a neutral third party, whereas mediation is an assisted negotiation.  An interest based approach results in a successful negotiation where minds collaborate to reach a  solution

Neutral Evaluation

It is a process where a neutral third party evaluates the parties case and its strengths and weaknesses after closely examining the evidence on hand and the relief claimed by the parties . This is a very beneficial ADR process since the parties after getting an evaluation  done and getting a realistic view of the probable outcome of their case  can thereafter  decide on which process to opt for , to resolve their dispute
