Mr. K.L. Srinivasa

Mr. K.L. Srinivasa has secured B.A.L., LL.B. Degree (5-year integrated course) from the Bangalore University, Bangalore, in the year 1991. He further secured LL. M. (Master of Laws in International Legal Studies) from the Washington College of Law, The American University, Washington, D.C., United States of America, in the year 1993.

He is currently practicing as an Advocate since 27 years in Bangalore city. He is dealing with cases pertaining to Civil, Criminal and Constitutional matters, before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka, and also handling cases before the Civil and Criminal Courts and various Tribunals in Bangalore city. He has experience in handling all types of Writ Petitions, Civil and Criminal matters, Educational matters, Land Acquisition Matters, Services matters, Labour disputes, Company matters, Taxation matters, and cases pertaining to contracts.

He is an accredited Mediator at a reputed Mediation Centre in Bangalore since 21.3.2009. To his credit, he has mediated more than Thousand cases and settled number of pending court cases.

He is a Visiting Faculty at the Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies, Bangalore.
